Unwrap my Feet

PARIS PLAYTIME

Talia Arose - It’s meant to be a sentence like this

Talia arose.

As in, she got up, she awakened from sleep/death.

But I’ve somehow just adopted it as my name.

Miss Arose coming through.

My name is Natalia (means birthday of Christ). When I was looking for an expression of what I felt my creative artistry would be, I wanted to take it out of something I already was.

SO I found Talia in me.

Pronounced Tal-YAH.

It means the ‘Dew of God’.

A quick google search on what the dew represented in the Bible got me loving this name -

Moses was the first prophet to teach that God's word “shall distil as the dew” (Deuteronomy 32:2)

Associated with God's favor and love
. Dew is a symbol of resurrection (Isaiah 26:19). Just as the earth brings forth it's dew, so also it shall bring forth the dead to new life. Dew is a symbol of the redeemed and resurrected people of God. Dew is associated with manna and thus food (Exodus 16:13-21)

RESURRECTION ahhhh that I believe in; so AROSE in the past tense speaking prophetically to my future.

Names are important. Apparently the name Paris derives from the Celtic Gallic word “Parisio,” meaning “the working people, the craftsmen,”

That really does suit this city. So many craftspeople here.

‘La vie est un Louvre ouvert’

‘Life is an open Louvre’ One street art work states at the beginning (or end) of this sci-fi coloured tunnel that runs parallel to the Seine.

It’s become a street art haven.

The lights even change colours! Here I am doing my best to impersonate those airport marshalls that guide in the planes. You guys are the planes! COME THIS WAY.

📷 Thank you to Cynthia for being the most wonderfully curious and creative photographer, friend, collaborator, colour and light finder 💝
